The Enchanted Peninsula

The brief was simple to say and difficult to deliver: make one of London's newest five-star hotels feel like an English country garden.

Floor-to-ceiling blossom installations framed the entrance and ceremony space. Winding branches ran the length of the dining tables, threaded between candlelight and low-set florals. The grandeur of the room didn't disappear. It softened. By evening, the space had the quality of a greenhouse at dusk, warm and quiet and impossibly romantic.

The design was layered rather than loud. Rich floral textures, diffused lighting, and details that rewarded a second look. The Peninsula provided the architecture. We brought the garden inside.
