We plan, design, coordinate, and deliver events from concept through to post-event reconciliation. We lead the process, manage suppliers, control timelines, and oversee delivery on the day. We advise throughout. Final decisions always sit with you.

What does Are you acting as agent or principal? do for you?

JustSeventy acts as your agent. We source, contract, and manage third-party suppliers on your behalf. Supplier contracts sit between you and the supplier unless stated otherwise.

Who do you take instruction from?

We work to one named decision-maker. This avoids confusion and ensures progress. Where opinions differ between family members or stakeholders, we act only on instructions from the agreed decision-maker.

Can we book or manage suppliers ourselves?

Yes, provided you tell us in writing before booking. Any suppliers booked or managed directly by you sit outside our responsibility. We are not liable for their performance, timing, compliance, or costs. Coordination support can be added if agreed.

How quickly do you respond?

We respond within one working day. During live events, urgent matters take priority and non-urgent replies may wait.

How does the planning process work?

We work through defined phases: concept and design, sourcing and quoting, production and manufacture, delivery, and post-event reconciliation.

What do you manage on the day?

Supplier coordination, timelines, cueing, and overall delivery.
