Breaking the cookie-cutter wedding format is a risk. Done properly it is the whole point. This Jewish wedding took a well-known London restaurant, stripped out its operational layout and turned it into a botanical space. A chuppah stood centrally under the atrium ceiling, surrounded by foliage, giving guests a full 360-degree view of the ceremony. Traditional Jewish ritual set against a modern restaurant interior.

The dinner dance was replaced with a standing reception and food stations around the room. Spanish and sushi stations, then a dessert area that stopped people in their tracks. Seating existed but nobody was assigned to it, so guests built their own night. The bar sat beside the dance floor to hold the energy in one place. A hand-picked group of musicians played alongside a world-renowned DJ. Proof that nobody needs a plated dinner to leave well fed.
