Benfest

Take a milestone occasion, strip out the formality, put it outside. What you get is a family summer festival. These returning clients wanted it close to home, relaxed and with room to breathe. Every logistical element was planned around British weather: shelter, facilities and access all designed in before a single creative decision was made.

Tipis, a barbecue area, giant custom BENFEST letters and a Wild West zone set the site. Guests arrived into stilt walkers, dancers and bubble artists working the crowd. The Shine Shack let guests play dress-up and get their hair and glitter done before joining the field. Between sets there were hoop workshops, slacklines and inflatables. Colour, music and a full sensory overload, which is exactly what a family festival should be.
